lovely castle stay
landscaped gardens outside seating kind staff good food
i appreciated the beautiful landscaped gardens with a lovely outside seating area. the staff was also kind, contributing to the overall ambience. i found the location fantastic with the visually beautiful building being a short walk into town. the menu offered good food, but smaller portions for slightly less money would have been welcome (a minor note).
the room felt a bit cold upon arrival, and it took a while to warm up properly.

The hotel features well kept gardens including peacocks, especially those traveling with family. The presence of outdoor seating areas complements these grounds well. additionally, the hotel offers spa services, though i did not use them.

The room, a beautiful room, had a lovely warm ambiance. the bed had best i ever slept on. the outlook from the room was beautiful. The setting was unbelievable.
i noticed some cobwebs in the main bedroom area. the windows needed repair. the walls were covered in marks and stains.

the building presents fabulous grounds. the staff provide excellent service. food is great and priced well.

The building itself was lovely and the staff were friendly enough.
The food was a letdown. My chicken was DRY and the vegetarian option was limited to just one choice on the menu, causing us to dine elsewhere the second night.
